What We Look For:

We are looking for motivated and courteous individuals who enjoy working with people and excel in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

Complete maintenance requests as assigned
Landscape maintenance
Common area painting projects
Snow removal
Assist in maintaining building systems

Requirements:

General plumbing, electric and carpentry experience required
Effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
Hours are generally Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but must be able to fill in other shifts when necessary

Must have own transportation
Salary starting at $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
Benefit package is included
