Property Maintenance Technician

We are hiring! St. Johns Housing Partnership, Inc.

Looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to service SJHP Rental properties in both St. Johns and Clay County. 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc. required. Will routinely inspect the facility, troubleshoot, and make repairs to the mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements on the property as needed. Must have truck/tools, a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and the ability to pass a drug and background test.

Pay rate up to $25 per hour based on experience. 40 hours/week, 52 weeks a year. Health benefits are provided after 60 days.
