PM/Superintendents
Peak3 seeks experienced PMs and Superintendents, to join our growing team. Hybrid role available. $110-150K + benefits. Short commute. High-end, Mid-Valley projects. New construction. Superintendent provides daily on-site supervision and coordination, executes schedule and budget, with a focus on quality. Project Manager has proven success in schedule creation, budget management, securing contracts, client interactions and full knowledge of all aspects of the project. Candidate takes ownership of their project and can delegate, supervise, and manage details. Excellent communication, organization, work ethic, and ability to work with a team.
