Seasonal Labor Positions

The Hillsdale County Road Commission is accepting applications for seasonal labor positions for the 2023 summer season. The seasonal positions include roadside mower operations and laborers (pothole patching, flagging, sealcoat helpers, etc.).

These seasonal positions are usually, 40 hours per week and available for up to 5 months maximum. Roadside mower operators shall have experience operating farm tractors. The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. No fringe benefits. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
