Commercial Construction Superintendent

Dillard Construction Company, Inc., a Chattanooga, TN based General Contractor is
seeking qualified applicants to immediately fill Field Superintendent positions for local
projects with no travel necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe project site
• Document project issues, events, and progress daily
• Coordinate subcontractors, third party testing, and material deliveries
• Conduct jobsite meetings
• Inspect work for conformance to standards
• Develop with PM project schedules

Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work
• Strong communication skills
• OSHA 10 and/or 30
• Proficient with email and other computer software
• Organized and detail orientated
